It is mainly used to manufacture high-speed intensity sand belts,top grade bonded abrasive tools,large scale cuttly wheels and heavey loaded grinding wheels.

FT-A-C2 (Ceramic Coated Brown Fused Alumina) is a specially treatment blocky, medium bulk density BFA that used for premium quality resin-bonded wheels like cut-off wheels, depressed center wheels and heavy duty wheels.
The grain is ceramically bonded with a red iron oxide, which can obviously improve the surface area ratio and hydrophilic ability of the grain,making it bond more intimately with phenolic resins.
It can surely improve your bonded wheels grinding efficiency and working life.
