Silicon Powder is a widely used as raw materials in many high-tech industries such as polysilicon, refractory etc.
Application :
made into trichlorosilane, which is the main raw material of polysilicon.
used in refractory and powder metallurgy industry to enhance the high-temperature resistance, wear resistance and oxidation resistance of porducts.
