Ferro Silicon Nitride, mainly contains Si3N4, along with Free Iron, Non-nitride Ferro Silicon and small amount of other compounds. Refractory used Ferro Silicon Nitride is gray-white (or dark brown) powder. Steel making grade Ferro Silicon Nitride is gray-white granular material.Ferro Silicon Nitride is a new excellent refractory materials, which can replace the expensive Silicon Nitride to be used for Taphole Clay of large blasting furnace.
Applications:
Ferro Silicon Nitride powder is mainly used in Taphole Clay of large blasting furnace.
Ferro Silcon Nitride powder can also be used in Iron Trough or other Castable Refractories.
Ferro Silicon Nitride for steel making is mainly for oriented silicon steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, corrosion-resistant steel, alloy steel or other nitrides steel, like HRB400 rebar.
Ferro Silicon Nitride is also an additive agent of making Cold rolled unidirectional silicon steel sheets.
